Professional Experience
Natalie Rega Nichols has helped non-profit agencies
successfully undertake fund-raising campaigns with goals from
$500,000 to $20 million to help clients meet their capital, endowment,
and program needs. Natalie researches, develops, and implements
fund-raising strategies specific to each client’s needs.
She writes grant proposals, case statements, press releases,
and brochures and coordinates the design of a variety of printed
materials.
Natalie
plans, organizes, and implements strategic planning, board
development, and management training sessions for agencies’ board
of directors and executive staff. She also supports executive
staff in defining and meeting their annual budget development
needs.
Since
Natalie joined Teeter Associates in 1992, she has worked closely
with a variety of nonprofit clients including: Center Against
Domestic and Sexual Violence, The Community Foundation of Westmoreland
County, Friends of George C. Marshall, Ligonier Valley Library,
Peoples Oakland, Oakland Catholic High School, Outside In School
of Experiential Education, Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, Plum
Borough Community Library, State Theatre Center for the Arts,
Valley School of Ligonier, Westmoreland County Blind Association,
Westmoreland County Historical Society, and The Westmoreland
Trust.

Affiliations
Natalie
is Secretary of the Board of Directors of Nichols Electronics,
Inc., a radio frequency engineering firm specializing in wireless
remote control systems for industrial needs.
Education
Natalie
graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington & Jefferson College
with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Business Administration.
Natalie is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
